We are so, so excited to meet our SON in April!

18 WEEK UPDATE:

 

How far along: 18 weeks

Baby is the size of a: Bell Pepper

Total weight gain/loss: 3 lbs

Maternity clothes: Not yet, but probably soon.

Stretch marks: No

Sleep: Overall great, except for some weird dreams.

Best moment this week: Finding out it's a boy and confirming that he's healthy!

Miss Anything: No

Movement: No, hopefully soon!

Food cravings: Cold water and oranges

Anything making you queasy or sick: No

Have you started to show yet: Not really. There's a little bump there though.

Gender: BOY!

Labor Signs: No

Belly Button in or out: In

Wedding rings on or off: On

Happy or Moody: Happy

Looking forward to: Feeling him move and a real baby belly.

Thanksgiving 2012

This is the first Thanksgiving that the whole Salmon family has been together for seven years, and it sure was a great one.

Sedona & Flagstaff

David, Georgia and I drove up to Sedona and Flagstaff for the weekend. It was the perfect weekend to get away and enjoy some chillier weather. We even got some snow in Flagstaff!!

Day 1 - Sedona

I found this map online, and we loosely followed this route through Sedona.

Day 2 - Flagstaff

We took a long hike with Georgia up in the mountains. It was a gorgeous and crisp winter day.

We ended the day in Flagstaff with an amazing dinner at Josephine's - one of the cutest restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant is in a charming bungalow built in 1911 and we enjoyed a delicious dinner by the fireplace.

 

Day 3 - Sedona 

A quick hike before driving home again.

New city, new apartment, new job and a new car. All that's missing is a new baby...

Good thing we can check that off our list some time around April 25!

Robert & Annet visit

Robert and Annet drove out to Scottsdale and spent the weekend with us. We had such a great time, although I was horrible at taking pictures. We enjoyed Mexican food in Oldtown Scottsdale, a couple hikes, and spending time together. 

It's amazing having family so close by!
